A little about me...

 My name is Michelle, I’m a certified travel agent & founder of Michelle Lea Travel. December 2022 at the age of 50 I went on my first vacation out of the country to the beautiful island of St. Lucia. It was incredible! My only regret is that I waited so long. Witnessing that kind of beauty put a fire in me to want to take more trips. Then I thought how amazing it would be to plan vacations for others. Here is the step-by-step process when booking with us.

Step 1

Discovery Call

  • We believe that scheduling a discovery phone call is an essential step in creating the perfect travel experience for you. 

  • Every traveler is unique, with different preferences, interests, and needs. A discovery call allows us to get to know you better. 

  • We can tailor your travel plans to match your desires, ensuring you have a personalized and unforgettable experience. 

  • During our call, I will also review with you my Professional Research Planning Fee. 

  • To schedule a call please click "Schedule a Call" at the end of Step 3. 

Step 2

The Planning Begins

  • Following our call, if we decide that we are a good fit to work together I will send you an invoice for my fee. Once that is paid then I will get to work putting together your personalized vacation. 

  • Typically I can have a quote emailed to you within 24-48 hours.

  • After I email you your proposal we’ll chat again to go over any questions you have and to make any adjustments to make it perfect. 

Step 3

Book your Dream Vacation!

  • Once you approve your proposal I will send you a Credit Card Authorization form. After I get that back I will then start booking your vacation!

  • After I have everything booked I will email you a confirmation. 

  • Then I will put together an itinerary for your entire trip. You can access this through an app called “Trip Plans”. This app allows you to conveniently view your itinerary on your phone.

  • Lastly, the wait is over and your vacation begins!!
